William Hill powers the Casino Club with the popular Playtech software platform. The goal of any live dealer setup is to provide as much of the casino experience as is possible online. William Hill and Playtech accomplish this through a combination of a graphical user interface and a live video stream of the dealer and table. Available both in the client and in the browser, via Flash, one of the nicest aspects of Casino Club is that it’s stream-centric, and the GUI elements take a back seat.

The stream has audio too, so you can actually hear the dealer great you and respond to your questions. You can also hear cards hitting the felt and the ball spinning around the roulette wheel. The audio, however, does not work both ways. Players achieve communication through a chat window that’s very similar to the chat windows found in most of Playtech’s online table games.

Our Experience

In 2011, Playtech upgraded its live site, and the improvements are remarkable. For starters, the environment looks amazing, and you really feel as if you’re sitting at a table in a world-class casino. The other great improvement is the HD broadcast, which requires a robust Internet connection. The video is simply stunning. We used to play in the GUI-heavy mode because it was easier to read the table, but that wasn’t necessary at all this time around.

Compared to other live dealer sites we’ve reviewed, William Hill Casino Club powered by Playtech is one of the best. The dealers, who are all beautiful women, are highly skilled and enunciate clearly. Traffic is high, but even during the peak hours we had no trouble finding a seat. Also, the client has an array of customization options, so it possible to tweak the combination of video and GUI to suit your tastes perfectly.

William Hill Casino Club Live Dealer Games

The William Hill Casino Club offers Baccarat, Blackjack, Casino Hold ‘em, European roulette and Unlimited Blackjack. The standard bet limits on Blackjack and Baccarat are $5 to $50 and $0.10 to $1,000 on Roulette.

Higher bet limits are available via application. Ultimate Blackjack lets each player play up to five hands at a time, and Playtech guarantees an open seat. There is also a wide range of language support: Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.

William Hill Casino Club Bonus

William Hill Casino Club offers a welcome bonus on all first deposits by new clients, and this bonus applies to the live dealer games. The standard bonus is 150 percent up to £150, and the minimum deposit to receive the bonus is £35. There are also upgrades to the bonus for new clients who are willing to deposit more:

• Mid-Roller: £350 bonus on a £500 deposit
• High-Roller: £500 bonus on a £1,00 deposit
• VIP: £1,000 bonus on a £3,000 deposit

All of the above bonuses include a clearing requirement of 20 times for both the deposit and the bonus. If you deposit £100 to receive the £150 bonus, you would have to wager £5,000 before you could withdraw any of that £150 bonus.

On your second deposit, William Casino Club offers a 60 percent match bonus up to £500. This bonus only has a clear requirement of 15 times.
