Our Experience

For those who have played other casino games at Bet365, the live games will seem familiar. The client condenses the playing table in order to make room for the video feed, but otherwise, it uses the same graphics and setup used in non-live games. The big difference between live and standard is that the dealers speaks throughout the game play to the players at your table. This definitely raises the immersion level of the experience.

Bet365 does not yet provide support for microphones so the dealer and the other players cannot hear you, but you can still communicate with them through the standard chat window. This could actually be a good thing because I had loud music on while I played. The Bet365 live casino is a great environment that really gives you the brick and mortar casino experience.

One issue we found is that many of the dealers are not native English speakers. They speak fluently, but their accents can be quite thick at times. However, after a few minutes, you get in tune with their cadence, and then the accent is no longer an issue; in fact, it added to the mystique for us.

One other minor issue was that the games seemed a little slow, there were delays in between deals, but maybe that was necessary due to the number of people on the tables.
